20 years of looking at humans as the centre of a world of things
I'm a usability specialist and an architectural designer with a background in psychology. Finding out what people really need from products and spaces is tough, you need patience and a little bit of know how. I've designed beautiful homes around people, influenced how mass market products look, feel and operate and been part of an innovation which may change the way we draw on touch screens. I'm fascinated by the way we 'knit' with technology (and I don't mean making a wooly jumper) and how we elicit delight from made things.
I have degrees in Psychology and Architecture from UCD, a Masters in Ergonomics from Loughborough University and diverse experience with Ford, various architectural firms and digital start ups.
